How we use an application to Sol

Who is collecting it

What we collect
We collect the contact, learner, age, location, language, access, and optional background details entered on the application form. Do not upload IEPs, testing reports, medical records, or other support documents at this stage.
Why we use it
Authorized Sol staff use the information to assess whether the service or study is a fit, follow up about questions, and send an invitation if the application is accepted. An application is reviewed by a person and does not create participant access automatically.
What happens next
Applying does not enroll anyone and is not consent to participate. Accepted applicants receive secure account access and must read and sign the separate participation information before conversations or document uploads open.
Choices and questions
Incomplete applications are normally deleted after 30 days and rejected or withdrawn applications after 90 days. Accepted application information becomes part of the participant record rather than an unnecessary duplicate. You can ask us to access, correct, or withdraw an application at support@edra1.com. We do not sell application information or use it for targeted advertising.
