Sol is not an emergency service
Sol and the support mailbox are not continuously monitored and cannot promise an immediate response. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. A participant may also contact a trusted adult or qualified local professional.
When privacy may be limited
Authorized staff may review and share limited information when they reasonably believe it is necessary to address an imminent threat, suspected abuse or neglect, protect a person or the service, investigate misuse, or comply with a court order or other law. Any disclosure should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and recorded for review.
Ask a question or make a complaint
Email support@edra1.com for privacy, safeguarding, accessibility, participation, research, account, or complaint questions. Tell us if you need an accessible format or another communication method. The mailbox is the primary PoC contact for Edra, Inc. and the Sol research team.
Pause or withdraw
You may pause a conversation, stop an optional channel, or withdraw without giving a reason. Use an available dashboard control, send QUIT where that command is supported, or email support@edra1.com. Edra will stop new research collection, revoke access as requested, and explain what happens to applications, accounts, documents, transcripts, consent records, de-identified data, completed analyses, backups, and any record that must remain for safety, law, research integrity, or a legal claim.
No retaliation
Raising a concern, saying no, or withdrawing will not result in retaliation and will not remove a service or benefit to which the participant is otherwise entitled.
