What is Sol?
Sol is an AI chatbot — a bit like texting, except Sol is a computer program. It chats with you privately on the Sol website and asks about you. There are no right or wrong answers. Sol just wants to hear it from you, in your own words. You do not need to install an app.
What will it ask me?
Things like:
- What subjects or activities do you enjoy?
- How do you like to learn best?
- What do you find tricky sometimes?
- What helps you feel comfortable and focused?
- What are you proud of?
You don’t have to answer anything you don’t want to. You’re always in control.
Is it private?
Your conversation is private within the approved Sol team. Your caregiver won’t see what you said, and you won’t see what they said automatically. Approved Edra and research staff can see both when they need to operate or study Sol.
What happens after?
Sol puts together a draft profile of you, based on what you shared. You can log in and read it. If Sol got something wrong, you can change it or take it out. Nothing gets shared until you say it’s okay.
Do I have to take part?
No. It’s completely your choice. If you want to stop at any point, send QUIT to Sol or email support@edra1.com. The team will stop collecting new information and explain what can be deleted.

Sol is not a real person
It’s an AI — a computer program. Not a therapist, a doctor or a counsellor. If you’re going through something difficult, please talk to an adult you trust.
Your data is kept safe
Edra protects what you share with access controls and audit records. Your words are used to operate Sol and for Isaac’s approved research as explained in the participant information.
You’re in control
You can stop at any time, skip any question, and review or remove anything from your profile.
